Three pots of gold in life

Introduction

When we hear there is one pot of gold, we may open our eyes. After we hear there are three pots of gold, we may close our eyes. We may think we did not even get the first pot of gold, how can you talk about three pots of gold? Augment Xianwen said ‘Gentlemen love fortune in a proper way.’ It can be traced back to the Analects of Confucius. Confucius said: ‘Wealth and nobleness are what everyone yearns for. Do not enjoy them if you do not gain them in a proper way. Poverty and meanness are what everyone abhors. Do not escape from them if you do not use a legitimate way to get rid of them.’This should be the moral and ethics high ground in Chinese civilization, right? Even after we believe in Jesus Christ, we may still not get rid of the ties and the bindings of our traditional culture, is it possible?
